Tuna Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, spaghetti sauce mix, oregano, sugar and garlic in 2-quart heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add tuna; set aside.
    Place 1/2 of the noodles on bottom of 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover with 1/3 of the tuna sauce, 1/2 of the cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with tuna sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
