Crock-Pot Teriyaki Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. sliced fresh ginger
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In crock-pot, combine juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and ginger.
    Add pork.
    Cook 4 hours on high (6 to 8 hours on low). Strain juice, bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch and water. Mix until bubbly.
    Serve with rice and salad.
    Serves 4 to 6.
