Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green and red peppers
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    4 small sliced zucchini
    1 or 2 Jiffy cornbread mixes
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and peppers.
    Drain.
    Saute mushrooms and zucchini.
    Spread all into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
