Easy 7-Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla flavoring with boiling water.
    Beat for 10 minutes to 12 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
    Yield:
    icing for 3-layer cake.
