Hearth Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    4 to 4 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. 100% oat bran flakes
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, sprinkle yeast over water; set aside 5 minutes. Stir in 4 cups of all-purpose flour, the whole wheat flour, oat bran flakes (reserving 2 tablespoons), cornmeal, honey and salt, until combined.
