Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots (5 to 6 carrots)
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream together eggs, sugar and oil.
Add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, carrots and walnuts.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
