Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. olives
    1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, cheese, onion and mayonnaise.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble over top of potato mixture. Slice olives and put over bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through (approximately 30 minutes).
