Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten with dash of milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix well.
Form into 6 cakes.
Fry in butter or oil 5 minutes on each side.
