Rodger'S Favorite Scrambled Egg Medley(Serves 10 To 14.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    14 Tbsp. (7/8 c.) milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    14 slices bacon
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    4 oz. jalapeno cheese
    2 tomatoes
    8 to 10 mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add milk and parsley.
    Scramble but leave moist.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream; spread over eggs.
    Cook bacon until crisp; crumble and spread over sour cream layer.
    Grate cheese and mix together.
    Saute mushrooms; place on top of cheeses.
    Add thinly sliced tomatoes.
    Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    May be prepared ahead and refrigerated or frozen (add 10 to 15 minutes to baking time).
