Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. 90% lean ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion (1 small)
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    1/2 c. long-grain rice
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 large green peppers
    1 Tbsp. grated low-fat Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion in a large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in the tomatoes, uncooked rice, water, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes or until rice is tender.
