Layered Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. torn lettuce
    1/2 lb. smoked turkey, cut into strips
    1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery
    2 c. shredded Jarlsberg or Baby Swiss cheese
    2 c. seedless red grapes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. round white pepper
Preparation
    Layer first 6 ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and white pepper.
    Spread over salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
    Cover and chill 8 hours.
    Toss before serving.
