Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans asparagus spears
6 boiled eggs
lo-fat mayonnaise
green stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
-
Arrange asparagus flat on a large plate.
Grate boiled eggs and spread on top of asparagus.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of this.
Last, spread a layer of stuffed olives on top.
Refrigerate until serving.
