Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Drain.
    Mash into large chunks of potatoes. Mix milk and sour cream.
    Pour and mix into potatoes.
    Add grated cheese.
    Cover top of potatoes with cheese and chives.
    This all goes into a casserole dish that's been greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
