Turkey Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for one 9-inch single crust
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    1 c. cooked turkey, diced or shredded
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2/3 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
    Prepare your favorite pastry or a packaged mix for a 9-inch single crust.
    Evenly brush entire surface with butter.
    Set aside.
