Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. boiling water
    oil of peppermint to taste (15 or more drops)
    food coloring, if desired
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, water and flavoring.
    Cream with mixer or by hand.
    It can be put in cookie press or rolled and cut.
    If put in press, I use 1/3 cup water.
