Great Pork Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pork steaks or 3 pork chops
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water (optional)
Preparation
    Put flour in one flat bowl.
    Mix eggs and 1 tablespoon water in another.
    Mix bread crumbs and seasoning in a third.
    Dip each piece of meat into flour, then egg, then crumb mixture.
    Brown coated meat in oil and top with onion slices.
    Add remaining water (if needed).
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done.
