Bread And Butter Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. sliced, unpeeled yellow squash
    2 cloves cut up garlic
    1 1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/3 c. canning salt
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 c. 45 gr. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring to boil; add squash.
    Bring to boil again.
    Boil only 2 minutes.
    Pack into jars, fill with liquid and seal.
