Bryon'S Diabetic Popsicles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jell-O (sugar-free)
1 pkg. Kool-Aid
2 c. hot water
4 c. cold water
sugar substitute to make 2/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O , Kool-Aid and sugar substitute in hot water. Add cold water now.
If you don't have popsicle trays, you can use ice trays.
Fill trays, cover with Saran Wrap over top and place toothpick into Kool-Aid for sticks.
