Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and allspice
    2 small cans unsweetened applesauce
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add all other ingredients. Mix well.
    Turn into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and keep refrigerated.
