Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream or mayonnaise
1 pkg. egg noodles
6 to 7 slices bread
melted butter
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove skin and bone.
Cook egg noodles and chopped onion in broth.
Drain off most of broth.
Add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread into one large or two small casserole dish(es).
Cover with bread crumbs and melted butter. (Great to freeze and cook later.)
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
