Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 slices day old bread, cubed
    1/2 stick butter
    1 beaten egg
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in salted water until tender (about 1/2 hour); cut up into bite size pieces.
    Add to beaten egg and soups. Add bread cubes; pour into buttered casserole.
    Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
