Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream the first 3 ingredients together.
Add eggs and vanilla. Add sour milk, cocoa, flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in zucchini.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add chocolate chips to top of cake before baking, or you can stir the chips into the mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
