Mexican Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans (No. 303) stewed tomatoes
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 1/2 lb. medium sharp cheese
    1 1/2 c. onions (2 medium large)
    4 large tomatoes, diced
    lettuce (2 medium), shredded
    2 bags regular Fritos
Preparation
    Cook beans according to directions on package.
    Shred cheese. Chop onions.
    Dice tomatoes.
    Shred lettuce.
    Pour Fritos in a large bowl.
    Serve in this order:
    plates, Fritos, cheese, pintos (kept hot in liquid), onions, lettuce, tomatoes and meat sauce. Serve with a light dessert.
