Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix corn meal and hot water.
    Stir well.
    Add milk, salt and eggs.
    Put in greased skillet or baking dish in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 45 minutes or until brown.
    (I use self-rising corn meal.)
