Lamb In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lamb chops, all fat cut off
    1/4 onion, thinly sliced
    garlic salt or powder
    1/2 tomato
    powdered basil leaves
    1/2 green pepper, cut to desired size
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place lamb chops in a roomy envelope of aluminum foil.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Fold tightly so no steam escapes. Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 1.
