Lemon Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared pie shell
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    6 to 8 drops yellow food coloring
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine gelatin, lemon juice and water; let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over medium heat until dissolved.
    Stir in lemon peel and food coloring.
