Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. fat
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
2 c. cooked kidney beans
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in fat until lightly browned.
Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Add beans and rice; mix.
Turn into casserole.
Bake in 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
