Cheese Coated Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter or margarine
6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. fine bread crumbs
salt and pepper
1 egg yolk, beaten
Preparation

Butter baking dish.
Scrub, peel and dry potatoes.
Dip in beaten egg yolk, roll
in
grated
cheese and then in bread crumbs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1
hour or until crisp and golden on the outside and soft inside.
