Hawaiian Loaf(Sweet Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 20-oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat butter until light and fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sugar until light.
    Add eggs beat
    well.
    Stir in banana.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda.
    Add to butter mixture.
    Mix until smooth.
    Fold in pineapple and coconut.
    Spoon
    batter into 2 greased and floured 9 by 5 inch loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 350-degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean,
    about 60-70 minutes.
