Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
3 sticks oleo
8 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 box confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine 2 sticks oleo, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add soda, salt, flour and sugar; mix well.
Blend in beaten eggs. Fold in sour cream.
Pour into greased 18 x 12-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
