Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, sliced and drained
    2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Blend the cream cheese and strawberries.
    Stir in fruit and marshmallows.
    Add small amount cherry juice.
    Pour into 2 (1-quart) containers and freeze overnight.
    To serve, let stand at room temperature for a few minutes.
    Turn out and slice.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    You may use lite fruits and low-fat mayonnaise for less fat and calories.
