Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. milk pork sausage
    1 jar Ragu Thick 'N Hearty or chunky spaghetti sauce
    1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 lb. manicotti shells, cooked, rinsed and drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage in large skillet and drain.
    Remove half and set aside.
    Add Ragu to skillet; bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    In a mixing bowl, mix Ricotta, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, egg, remaining sausage and parsley.
