Stir-Fry Imitation Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 dried mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 piece ginger, crushed
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 c. broccoli
    2 c. imitation crab, flaked
    2 tsp. sake
    2 tsp. shoyu sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Soak dried mushrooms in warm water until softened.
    Discard stems and slice thin.
    Squeeze excess water.
    Heat oil in wok or frying pan.
    Saute ginger and garlic until golden; discard. Stir-fry mushrooms and broccoli until crisp-tender.
    Mix sake, shoyu sauce, cornstarch and broth and add to broccoli.
    Add salt; stir.
    Stir in crab.
    Heat and serve.
