Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag Ore-Ida Southern-style hash browns, defrosted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
10 oz. grated cheese (save small amount for top)
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a well-greased, large casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with extra cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
