Ingredients

2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg white
Preparation

In small saucepan, over low heat, combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and orange peel.
Cook until sugar dissolves.
Pour into large bowl.
Cool to room temperature.
In medium bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg white until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into orange juice.
Pour mixture into a shallow, metal pan.
Freeze 2 hours or until partially frozen.
