Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    12 oz. grated American cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 large onion
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together soup, butter, sour cream, cheese, salt and onion.
    Pour over potatoes. Top with corn flakes. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over all and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
