Orange Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    3 Tbsp. dairy sour cream or whipped cream
Preparation
    Drain oranges, reserving 1 tablespoon syrup.
    Combine 1 tablespoon syrup and marmalade.
    Heat until marmalade melts.
    Place oranges in dessert dishes.
    Spoon marmalade over.
    Trim with sour cream or whipped cream.
    Serves 2.
