Angel Flake Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
    Mix sugar, soda and flour together.
    Blend in shortening.
    Add yeast mixture and buttermilk; mix.
    Part can be rolled out and cooked.
    The remaining can be put into covered bowl in refrigerator.
    Later can be rolled out and cooked as needed.
    Bake at 475\u00b0.
    Regulate for best results.
