No Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir butter until softened; beat in egg.
    Stir in orange juice and orange rind.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add wet ingredients and beat well.
    Stir in nuts and raisins (or dates).
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool and store in tightly covered container. Yield:
    2 dozen.
    Contain 80 calories each.
