Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck (season to taste)
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 small onion, grated
    8 to 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 can Mexicorn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season beef.
    Saute in skillet; drain and set aside.
    Combine rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Spoon half of batter into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place cooked beef over top of batter.
    Top with remaining batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
