Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    6 to 8 Tbsp. Minute rice
    1 medium onion
    1 small tomato
    1 small green pepper
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Put uncooked rice in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Brown pork chops and lay on top of rice.
    Put one slice onion, tomato and green pepper on each pork chop.
    Pour undiluted broth over everything and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
