Oriental Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. sesame oil
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped cilantro
    3/4 c. peanuts
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    cilantro (for garnish)
    cooked and chopped chicken
Preparation
    Cook pasta to al dente and drain well.
    Meanwhile, in saucepan, stir red pepper and oils over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add honey, soy sauce and salt.
    Stir to combine and mix well with cooked pasta.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    When ready to serve, add cilantro, chicken, peanuts and green onions to pasta.
    Toss together and garnish with cilantro.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
