Sky High Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and cream of tartar. Cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Add the egg and milk, stirring quickly.
Knead lightly on floured wax paper.
Roll or pat gently; cut into biscuits.
Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Very good with bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast.
