Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. French-style green beans
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. medium cream sauce or cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crumbled
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter and stir in the flour until smooth.
    Add the milk gradually; stir continuously. Cook until thickened and add salt and pepper.
