Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1-8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine together.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time.
Mix other ingredients alternately with sour cream. Grease 8 or 9-inch tube pan.
Layer batter and cranberry sauce. Swirl cranberry sauce with a spoon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.
