Snickerdoodles(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine (room temperature)
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Cream the margarine, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar and eggs thoroughly. Sift the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Add to first mixture and blend thoroughly again. Form dough into balls the size of walnuts.
    In another bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons sugar with the cinnamon. Roll each ball in this mixture and place on ungreased cookie sheet, allowing at least 2-inches between each ball. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
