1 c. boiling salted water *
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3/4 c. shredded process Swiss cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. Swiss cheese
