Mexican Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 minced onion
    3 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
    2 c. tomato puree
    2 Tbsp. chili powder or 1/2 c. diced green chile
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in hot oil until golden yellow.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Add onion.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a buttered casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
