Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nuts.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients. Stir only until moist.
    Spoon into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
