Chocolate Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Ricotta
4 eggs
1 1/8 c. sugar
2 oz. whiskey
1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. flour
orange and lemon rind
Preparation

Mix all together with mixer on medium.

Bake in a 10-inch glass pie plate at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
